(a) The submittal of grading plans and supporting documents for Municipal approval of proposed earth moving activities and/or storm water management practices shall be required.
(1) The approval procedure shall be in accordance with the requirements of Section 1111.600 et. seq. (Record Document Approval). When the proposed work is an integral part of another project it shall be considered a Component detail of the main project. When the proposed work is not an integral part of another project it shall conform to the requirements for single building site development projects.
(2) Plans and supporting documents shall conform to the requirements of Chapter 1113 (Submittal Contents Requirements) and the Municipal Standard for Plan Contents.
(b) Record ("as built") drawings are not required for earth moving activities but shall be required for the construction of storm water management structures including, but not limited to, ponds, lakes, retention and detention areas, dams, re-channeled waterways, channels, flumes and other associated structures. The requirements for record drawings for storm sewer improvements shall be as set forth in Chapter 929 (Storm Sewer Regulations).
