1153.12 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No work within the scope of this regulation shall commence without first obtaining a Site Development Permit from the Municipality and paying all required fees.

(b) The Site Development Permit shall be issued following approval of construction documents in accordance the provisions of Section 1111.300 et. seq. (Construction Document Approval).
