1151.13 PROJECT SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE; RECORD DRAWINGS.
   The submittal of proposed improvements for Municipal approval shall be in accordance with the requirements set forth in the specific improvement regulation and the requirements of Chapter 1111.
        (a)    Drawings and specifications for the proposed work and/or improvements shall be reviewed by, and shall subject to the approval of, the Municipal Engineer and such other reviewing authorities as may be designated by the Municipal Approving Authority for the subject project. The Municipal Engineer's review and approval shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, planning and design standards, improvement requirements, specifications, and engineering practices and standards. Copies of all design calculations shall be submitted for review by, and shall be subject to the approval of, the Municipal Engineer.
    (b)    When required by the specific improvement regulation, record ("as built") drawings shall be provided to the Municipality. Said drawings shall be submitted to the Municipality for review and approval in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1111 (see Development Approval Process) within sixty (60) days of the completion of construction of each improvement. Said record drawings shall conform to the requirements of Chapter 1113 and the Municipal Standards for Plan Contents.
