1151.01 SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.

This regulation sets forth the general requirements for planning, designing, and constructing improvements required by Municipal regulations. When improvements are required, or proposed, to be installed they shall conform to these general requirements and the requirements for the specific improvements as set forth in other regulations.
