(a) A prefabricated home subdivision shall contain a minimum area of five acres and shall be developed in the same manner as required for any subdivision in the same district in which prefabricated home subdivisions are permitted. Prefabricated homes shall include modular constructed dwellings and other types of dwellings whose principal parts are prefabricated and brought to the sites for assembly.
(b) The development standards for a prefabricated home subdivision shall be the same as the requirements for single-family dwellings in the district in which prefabricated home subdivisions are permitted.
