1141.11 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING.

   An off-street parking area shall comply with Chapter 1155 (Off Street Parking and Loading Regulations), and the parking requirements in Schedule 1141.11 below.

   (a)   Schedule 1141.11 Minimum Parking Setbacks. An off-street parking area shall be located in compliance with the minimum setbacks, measured from the street right-of-way or property line, as specified below unless otherwise regulated in the Code.

 

Schedule 1141.11 Minimum Parking Setbacks
	I Industrial District
(1)    Minimum Setback from Street ROW	15 feet (a)
(2)    Setback from Side and Rear Lot lines abutting nonresidential district	10 feet
(3)    Setback from Side and Rear Lot lines abutting residential district	20 feet
Notes to Schedule 1141.11: (a) Except when the lot is part of a new industrial subdivision and fronts on a new interior street, then the minimum setback shall be 10 feet.

   (b)   The area within the parking setback shall be landscaped in accordance with Chapter 1159 (Landscaping and Land Use Buffers).

   (c)   Loading and service areas shall be located in the rear or side yard, shall comply with the parking setbacks in Schedule 1141.11 and shall be screened in accordance with Chapter 1159 (Landscaping and Land Use Buffers).
