1141.09 HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS.
   Building Height. A building shall comply with the maximum height regulations below:
   (a)   The height of a principal building shall not exceed forty-five (45) feet.
   (b)   The height of an accessory building shall not exceed twenty (20) feet.
   (c)   For permitted height exceptions, see Chapter 1147 (General Use Regulations).
