1141.03  USE REGULATIONS.
   (a)   Uses Permitted By Right.  A use shall be permitted by right as a principal use in the Industrial District when denoted by the letter "P" in Schedule 1141.03
   (b)   Uses Permitted by Right with Supplementary Regulations.  A use denoted in Schedule 1141.03 with a P* is permitted by right as a principal use, if the use complies with the regulations in Chapter 1145 (Conditional Use and P* Use Regulations).  The use requires development standards that are unique to the specific use and are not common to the uses generally permitted in the District.  The use shall also comply with Chapter 1145, all other requirements of the Planning and Zoning Code and other applicable ordinances.  A use which deviates from the required standards in Chapter 1145 shall be considered a conditional use that must comply with Chapter 1117 (Conditional Use Certificates), for approval.
   (c)   Conditional Uses.  A use denoted in Schedule 1141.03 by the letter "C" shall be permitted as a conditional use in the district provided the use complies with the requirements of Chapter 1145, and a Conditional Use Certificate is issued pursuant to Chapter 1117  (Conditional Use Certificates).
   (d)   Accessory Uses.  A use that is accessory to a use listed in Schedule 1141.03 shall be permitted.  An accessory use is further regulated by the requirements listed below.
      (1)   An accessory building or structure shall comply with Section 1141.15 (Accessory Use Regulations).
      (2)   A fence or wall shall comply with Section 1141.15 (Accessory Use Regulations).
      (3)   An off-street parking area shall comply with Chapter 1155 (Off-Street Parking and Loading).
      (4)   A sign shall comply with Chapter 1129 (Sign Regulations).
