1137.29 RESIDENTIAL DENSITIES.
   As part of the Concept Plan submittal, the applicant shall submit a yield plan delineating the maximum number of lots which could be created complying with all applicable Code requirements including but not limited to lot design, lot area, lot width and lot depth ratio for the existing zoning district classification. The number of lots on the yield plan shall be equal to or less than the maximum number of dwelling units permitted in the residential zoning district. When the land within the PRD is located in two or more zoning districts, the yield plan shall show the cumulative total yield for each zoning districts.
   The applicant shall comply with the following:
   (a)   The yield plan as submitted shall comply with the requirements above. A variance or waiver from the regulations to support the proposed density shall not be requested unless the waiver or variance complies with the regulations and a conventional design.
   (b)   Maximum Net Density - Units on Any One-Acre. The number of units per acre permitted on the site shall not exceed the net density set forth in Schedule______. An imaginary square, approximately 209 feet by 209 feet, shall be used to determine the maximum number of units per acre.
