1137.21 DESIGN STANDARDS.
   (a)   The Planned Residential District shall be planned, designed and constructed in accordance with this Chapter, the Planning and Zoning Code, Streets, Utilities and Public Service Code; all Municipal ordinances, standards and specifications; accepted professional land planning, landscape, architectural, and engineering principles, practices and standards; the objectives of the Comprehensive Plan; and other applicable Municipal regulations.
   (b)   Adapting group uses, or clusters of building sites to the terrain to conserve the maximum amount of open space, and to optimize the construction of required improvements may be permitted.
   (c)   A PRD development shall be designed to enhance the lives of the residents therein by providing amenities that are unique to the development.
