1137.19 REVERSION TO PRE-EXISTING ZONING.
   If the developer of the approved PRD does not commence or complete construction of the project pursuant to the requirements of Section 1111.025 (Expiration of Approvals), request an extension to the expiration of approvals (see Section 1111.027, Extension to Deadline) or seek other relief from Council, then all previous approvals for the PRD project shall terminate and be null and void. The PRD zoning classification of the land included in the project shall revert to the prior zoning district classification sixty (60) days after the termination of approvals..
