1137.03 SCOPE OF REGULATION.

Chapter 1137 provides for restrictions, terms, conditions and other requirements for the development process of a Planned Residential District (PRD). The requirements in the Planning and Zoning Code shall apply, except as modified for a PRD in this Chapter. Whenever a conflict exists or difference between the provisions of this Chapter and those of other Chapters of the Planning and Zoning Code, the provisions set forth in this Chapter shall apply.
