A building in the multi-family district shall be located in compliance with the regulations set forth in this Section. A building for P* uses are further regulated by Chapter 1145 (Conditional Use and P* Use Regulations.
(b) Front Setback on Through Lots. On a through lot, the minimum front setback of Section 1135.07 shall be provided on each street frontage.
(c) Side Setbacks for Corner Lots. A corner lot shall comply with the following side setback requirements as illustrated in Figure 1.
(1) Corner Side Setback. A new building or addition thereto on a corner lot shall comply with the following corner side setback requirements:
A. When the rear lot lines of two abutting corner lots coincide, the corner side setback for each lot shall be the greater of:
i The corner side setbacks of the two abutting corner lots; or
B. When the rear lot line of a corner lot coincides with the side lot line of an interior lot, the corner side setback shall comply with the requirement for a front setback in Schedule to Section 1135.07.

(2) Interior Side Setback. The minimum side setback from the interior side lot line shall comply with the Schedule in 1135.07
(d) Projections into Required Setbacks. The area within a setback shall be open and unobstructed except as permitted in Section 1135.15 (Projections into Required Setbacks).
