(b) In addition to the permit fee, an applicant shall be responsible for paying the cost for engineering services deemed necessary by the Municipality to perform the reviews required by the Codified Ordinances. Charges for services by the Municipal Engineer and other municipal consultants charged to the Municipality shall be billed separately to the applicant at current contract rates.
