1125.182 PLANNING COMMISSION FEES.

   A fee of $300.00 shall be paid with each application or request for hearing before the Planning Commission, except:

   (a)   The applicant shall not be charged for an informal discussion at the Planning Commission's regular monthly meeting to review a proposed development project or zoning amendment (text or map)

   (b)   The applicant shall not be charged for final Planning Commission approval of a site development permit submittal required under Section 1113.20 et seq.

   (c)   A fee of $150.00 shall be paid with each application for sign deviations under Section 1129.25.
