(a) Permit fees shall be paid when the permit application is submitted.
(b) Deposit fees shall be paid upon submittal of plans, specifications or request for inspection, testing or approval. The total final cost shall be as prescribed in §1125.17. Any costs incurred by the Municipality in excess of the deposit shall be paid by the applicant within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. The balance of the account after project approval shall be refunded to the applicant within 60 days.
(c) No permit shall be issued and no municipal approval of the project shall be effective until all outstanding fees for the development project have been paid in full.
