1117.05 APPLICATION.

The owner or other interested party shall file an application for a Conditional Use certificate with the Community Development Administrator and pay the application fee. The application shall state all uses proposed on the property and the location, extent, and characteristics of the conditional use. See Section 1113.29, Conditional Use Submission Requirements.
