A development plan shall comply with applicable Municipal ordinances, standards and specifications.
(a) A plan shall be prepared to scale and provide sufficient detail, specifications and data for proper review by City staff, the Municipal Engineer and Municipal consultants.
(b) A plan shall be to scale and sufficiently clear, comprehensive, detailed, and legible, together with any accompanying specifications and data, for plan reviewers to determine whether the proposed work conforms to municipal requirements.
(c) Additional information, plans or data necessary for review, approval and to determine compliance with Municipal ordinances, standards and specifications may be requested by Municipal reviewing authorities.
