1113.33 FINAL INSPECTION SUBMITTAL.
   (a)   Scope. The final inspection submittal includes the review and approval of all construction work by the City of Chardon and other governmental agencies with jurisdiction for final approval.
   (b)   Purpose. The purpose of the final inspection is to review the completed work for compliance with the approved construction plans, terms and conditions of plan approval, approved variances and field changes, municipal standards and specifications, the requirements of other governmental agencies with jurisdictional responsibilities and other administrative requirements and approval thereunder prior to the release of performance guarantees or the issuance of a Zoning Certificate for Compliance.
   (c)   Conformance with Previous Submittals. The completed construction shall comply with previous municipal approvals.
   (d)   Submittal Contents. A final inspection submittal shall include:
Final inspection approval reports from the City, Chardon Fire Prevention Bureau, Geauga County Health Department (as applicable), Geauga County Building Department, Geauga Soil & Water Conservation District, and other governmental agencies with jurisdiction for approval.
Contractor's Close-out Sheet.
Homeowner/Condominium Association Covenants and Restrictions
Plat of Record (subdivision or condominium project).
Maintenance Guarantee (subdivision or condominium project).
Record "as-built" drawings.
Payment of plan review deposit.
Payment of inspection fees and other fees due and payable.
