1113.11 PERMIT APPLICATION.

An application for a Zoning Permit or a Site Development Permit shall be completed and submitted on the form provided by the City and include all information necessary under Municipal regulations or required by the Code for thorough and proper review of the submittal by the Community Development Administrator.
