(a) Subsequent Divisions of Land. A division of a parcel or parcels of land approved pursuant to the Code shall not be further divided for one year after the approval thereof. A change of ownership shall not reduce or eliminate the time requirement herein.
(b) Re-subdividing and Vacating. An application to the Planning Commission for lot line adjustment, re-subdividing, re-platting, or vacation of a subdivision of land shall be made by the owner or all owners thereof. Maps and other information required for a Minor Subdivision in Chapter 1113 (Submittal Content Requirements) shall be submitted with the application. The lots in the recorded subdivision plat shall be shown by dotted lines, lot numbers and other plat references. After approval by the Community Development Administrator pursuant to Section 1111.609 (Minor Subdivision Approval), the approved documents may be submitted to the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas pursuant to ORC §§ 711.17 to 711.31 inclusive.
