1111.011 PRE-APPLICATION MEETING ENCOURAGED.
   It is recommended that the applicant meet informally with the Community Development Administrator, Planning Commission or Council, as appropriate, to discuss the project prior to preparing and submitting a detailed development application.
   (a)   One purpose of the meeting is to review the Municipal regulations applicable to the proposed development and to offer suggestions for making the development compatible with the surrounding area.
   (b)   The applicant shall prepare and submit to the Community Development Administrator, before an informal discussion is scheduled, an outline of discussion topics, a Concept Site Plan for the proposed development conforming to the Municipal Standards for Plan Contents, the proposed uses in the development, preliminary architectural floor plan, and architectural elevation drawings of the proposed buildings.
   (c)   No action shall be taken at the informal meeting. The applicant shall not rely upon the discussions, opinions, suggestions, or recommendations discussed at the meeting as either approval or denial of the development.
