a.    The Preconstruction Submittal for 1 & 2 family dwellings shall be made with the Construction Documents submittal; no preconstruction meeting is required.

   (b)   For projects, not identified in Table 1111.009(a), the Community Development Administrator shall require the submittals necessary for compliance and conformance with, and provide for the enforcement of, Municipal ordinances, standards and specifications.

   (c)   Approval of a submittal is required before proceeding with the next submittal.
