(a) A decision by the City Council, Planning Commission or Community Development Administrator may be appealed in accordance with Chapter 1119 (Appeals and Variances).
(b) If a development proposal requires a variance the applicant should file the application early in the development approval process to avoid unnecessary delays and project design revision. An application for variance shall proceed in accordance with Chapter 1119 (Appeals and Variances).
