1107.05 VIOLATION CONSIDERED A NUISANCE.

A building or structure which is erected, altered, moved, razed or converted, or land or premises used, in violation of the Planning and Zoning Code may be declared a nuisance. A suspected violation of the Planning and Zoning Code observed by a City official shall be reported to the Community Development Administrator.
