There is hereby adopted by Council, for the purpose of describing regulations governing conditions deemed detrimental and hazardous to life and property, regulations establishing minimum housing standards within the Municipality identified as the Geauga County Housing Code Section 69.01 to 69.99 inclusive, as adopted by the Geauga County Commissioners June 9, 1969, with amendments as hereinafter set forth.
Not less than three copies of such Code are now filed in the office of the Clerk of Council. The same are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, as hereinafter amended, and from the date on which this section tales effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the Municipality.
