ACCEPTANCE OF STREET, UTILITIES AND LANDS FOR PUBLIC USE

The public street(s), water main, sanitary sewer mains, (storm sewer mains), street lighting, easement(s), park(s), and other land and improvements offered for public use are hereby accepted for dedication. The public utilities have been found to be designed and constructed in accordance with the ordinances, standards, specifications and construction documents approved by the Municipality and have been inspected by the Municipal Engineer and found to be in good repair.
