§ 34.20 BUDGET PROCESS ADOPTED.
   (A)   The village hereby adopts the municipal budget process as set out in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 8-2-9.1 et seq. (the "budget process").
   (B)   The budget process shall be in lieu of the annual Appropriation Ordinance as provided by the Illinois Municipal Code.
