(A) A fee of $35 shall be charged for each check the village receives that is returned to the village marked “NSF” or “account closed.” The fee shall be paid by the person, entity or firm who is the signatory on the returned check.
(B) This section shall be in addition to any and all rights and remedies available to the village under law, including but not limited to the payment of treble damages and reasonable attorney’s fees.
