§ 34.03 DEPOSITORY FOR VILLAGE FUNDS.
   (A)   The Tri-County Bank is hereby designated a depository for the funds and money of the village.
   (B)   The corporate authorities shall notify the sureties of the Village Treasurer of this designation, in writing, at least five days before the transfer of any funds to the Tri-County Bank.
   (C)   The Tri-County Bank shall be qualified to receive funds and money from the village when it has furnished the corporate authorities with copies of the last two sworn statements of resources and liabilities which the Tri-County Bank is required to furnish to the Commissioner of Banks and Trust Companies or to the Comptroller of Currency, or the most recent statement if two sworn statements are not available.
   (D)   The Tri-County Bank shall also furnish the corporate authorities with a copy of all statements of resources and liabilities which it is required to furnish to the Commissioner of Banks and Trust Companies or to the Comptroller of Currency.
