(A) Certain bills may be paid without individual prior approval when the bills are regularly recurring in nature, such as but not limited to the following:
(1) Wages of village employees;
(2) Utility bills;
(3) Bills for supplies and maintenance and all other bills of a routine and regularly recurring nature.
(B) Purchase orders shall be signed by an appropriate department head and/or the Village Administrator thereafter paid by the Village Treasurer.
(C) All other bills and invoices shall be paid only on approval of the corporate authorities at the regular monthly meeting and in accordance with ordinances and resolutions in effect on the date of the passage of this section.
