§ 32.126 AUTHORIZATION TO ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The village does hereby adopt the provisions set forth in the exercise of its home rule powers.
   (B)   The village hereby approves and authorizes its Board of Fire and Police Commissioners to adopt the rules and regulations marked as Exhibit A of Ord. 811, which is incorporated herein as if set out in its entirety, and further the actions of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners in adopting the rules and regulations are hereby ratified.
