(A) The Citizens Advisory Commission shall be advisory, and its duties shall include:
(1) To provide a forum for the village and its residents to discuss and address their ideas and comment upon issues facing the village.
(2) To evaluate the feasibility of various village projects and to investigate revenue sources to implement the projects.
(3) To investigate the feasibility of a “Tree City” program.
(4) To promote an exchange of ideas between the village and its residents.
(5) To participate in such projects as may from time to time be requested by the Village Board.
(6) To offer the Village Board suggestions and ideas for the betterment of the village.
