(A) Commission chairperson. The Advisory Commission shall elect one of its members to serve as its Chairperson.
(B) Meetings.
(1) A majority of the members of the Commission then holding office shall be required to conduct its business.
(2) The Commission shall elect one of its members as Secretary to take and prepare complete and accurate minutes of its meetings and shall distribute and make copies of those minutes to the Village President and Board of Trustees.
(3) The Commission shall meet at least monthly. Other special meetings may be called either upon the written notice by the Commission Chairperson or a majority of the members of the Committee. At least four days notice is required to all Commission members of any special meeting.
