§ 32.78 RECORDS.
   Every rule, regulation, every amendment or repeal thereof and every order, requirements, decision or determination of the PZC shall immediately be filed in the Office of the Village Clerk and shall be public record. These records are available for inspection by the public during regular office hours in accordance with state statutes and ordinances of the village.
