(A) The terms of members of the previously existing members of the Plan Commission and the force and effect and all such members currently serving shall be deemed to be members of the PZC until the expiration of their previously established terms.
(B) Upon expiration of the terms established under the prior Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals Ordinances, members of the PZC shall be appointed for a term of five years. Members of the PZC shall serve until their successors have been duly appointed and qualified. Appointments to fill a vacancy shall be for the unexpired term of the member whose place has become vacant.
