§ 32.71 MEMBERSHIP AND APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   The PZC shall consist of a total of seven members appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. Each member shall reside in the village. The President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees may remove any members of the Commission for cause following public hearing after notice to the member and to the public.
   (B)   The President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees shall appoint one of the members of the PZC to act as its Chairperson. The term of the Chairperson shall be two years.
