§ 32.20 ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.
   (A)   There is hereby established a position within the village which shall be known as the Community and Legislative Affairs Trustee who shall be a member of the Board of Trustees. The Community and Legislative Affairs Trustee shall serve as a liaison between the Village Administrator and the Corporate Authorities with respect to matters and policies relating to:
      (1)   Senior citizens;
      (2)   Handicapped;
      (3)   The sanitary condition of the village;
      (4)   Liaison between the village and the Community Events Council;
      (5)   The Three Rivers Festival;
      (6)   Various community events;
      (7)   All issues pertaining to legislative affairs;
      (8)   Cable television;
      (9)   Solid waste disposal;
      (10)   Recycling; and
      (11)   Matters regarding tourism and visitors.
   (B)   The Community and Legislative Affairs Trustee shall make such reports to the Corporate Authorities as may be necessary to keep them informed on all matters pertaining to community affairs and shall make records in relation to any such matters as he or she deems proper for action by the Corporate Authorities.
