(A) The initial term of all non-youth original members of the Commission shall commence upon their appointments. Each member shall serve for a term of three years with initial terms as follows:
(1) Two members for two-year terms;
(2) Three members for three-year terms.
(B) Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term only. Following the adoption of this chapter and the appointment of the initial Arts and Culture Commission members, terms shall be considered to begin on May 1 of the calendar year and end on April 30.
