The following individuals are not required to obtain a solicitor's or peddler's license:
(A) Individuals seeking to influence the personal belief of an occupant of any residence on any charitable, political, or religious matter;
(B) Individuals seeking to obtain donations made incidental to canvassing door-to-door on behalf of any charitable, religious, or political purpose; and
(C) Individuals soliciting business by means of distributing literature advertising their organization's goods or services by affixing printed material to the exterior portion of an entryway (e.g., the front door or porch) without alerting the occupant of the premises.
