No business entity or person shall engage in peddling or soliciting books, periodicals and publications within the village without first registering with the Village Clerk. Such registration shall include the name, address, and driver's license numbers or other government-issued identification number of such person, the name and address of the employer and supervisor of such person, the name and address of the publisher and the names of the books, periodicals and publications involved. The times for such activities are regulated by § 116.30.
