§ 70.25 SEIZURE AND IMPOUNDMENT.
   Golf carts and UTVs are subject to seizure and impoundment pursuant to Chapter 97 of the code of ordinances, and seizure under Article 36 of the Criminal Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012.
