The record owner and resident of each property which is a "customer" as defined by the Residential Refuse Service Agreement entered into between the Village of Channahon and Environmental Recycling and Disposal Services, Inc. dated March 2, 2020 shall monthly pay to the village the removal costs attributable to the customer plus a one dollar administrative fee.
