§ 122.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates, neglects, refuses to comply with, or assists or participates in any way in the violation of any of the provisions or requirements of this chapter or of any of the provisions or requirements of any massage establishment license, shall be fined as provided in this code. Provided, this provision shall not limit the authority of the Massage Business Commissioner to suspend or revoke any license.
