§ 122.14 ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD.

The Massage Business Commissioner shall cause to be kept in the Massage Business Commissioner's office an accurate record of every massage establishment license application received and acted on, together with all relevant information and material pertaining to such administrative application and the massage establishment.
