(A) Mobile food vendors may conduct business from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday, including holidays unless such business is located on private property or as part of a permitted special event.
(B) Mobile food vendors are not licensed to conduct business door to door.
(C) A mobile food vendor shall not conduct business from a stationary public location for more than 90 minutes.
(D) The village shall have the ability to restrict the location of mobile food vendors should it be determined the location creates a parking shortage, parking issue, or unsafe parking conditions.
(E) A mobile food vendor must move a minimum of one-half mile in order to be deemed at a new location for purposes of division (C) above.
