(A) All buildings shall have a readily accessible, visible external shutoff valve located at the building or tank for liquid or vapor fuels.
(B) All vents for combustible fuel appliances shall terminate a minimum of 35 inches above final grade.
(C) Flexible gas line connectors shall not be permitted for furnace and water heater. Exception: Manufacturer requirements or hanging units.
(D) Supply or return ducts and radon gas tubes shall be prohibited in an exterior wall and shall be installed in a minimum 2X6 interior wall, soffit or chase.
(E) 804.3.4 Horizontal Terminations #6 to read 35" above finished grade not 12 inches.
