The inspection fees for residential inspections conducted by village inspectors are included in the permit fee. All fees and costs related to the performance of any special professional services required shall be borne by the permittee.
(A) (1) Miscellaneous inspections other than normal required inspections or if not covered by the permit fee (i.e., permit fees waived by Corporate Authority):
$100 Building Inspector per inspection
$100 Electrical Inspector (if applicable) per inspection
$100 Plumbing Inspector (if applicable) per inspection
$100 Septic Inspector (if applicable) per inspection
$100 Well Inspector (if applicable) per inspection
(2) Business, Institutional and Public Buildings:
$150 Building Inspector (if applicable), per inspection
$150 Electrical Inspector (if applicable), per inspection
$150 Plumbing Inspector (is applicable), per inspection
$150 Septic Inspector (if applicable), per inspection
$150 Well Inspector (if applicable), per inspection
(B) Certificate of occupancy: $50.
(C) Re-inspection fees: For each re-inspection passed the number provided for in the Building Code Ordinance, a fee of $100 per inspection shall be assessed against the applicant.
