A plan review fee equal to 15% of the building permit fee shall be charged. In addition, the village shall be reimbursed by the individual, group, or business entity requesting a permit, for all reasonable costs incurred for professional services/assistance required for review and evaluation of submitted plans and specifications and/or on-site professional assistance. The minimum fee due with application is $100.
