Places from time to time shall be inspected by the Fire Marshal or Chief of Police who shall immediately report to the Corporate Authorities any conditions in any places which render them hazardous in case of fire. The Corporate Authorities shall thereupon by appropriate resolution fix requirements as necessary to remove the hazard. The requirements shall immediately be communicated to and carried out by the licensee.
